Here's the second part of the trip, dedicated to Melbourne but more specifically to the Great Ocean Road. Part I, is here for those who have missed it.
If you ever have the chance to go to Melbourne, by all means, rent a car and drive through the Great Ocean Road up til the 12 Apostles. Trust me, it'll be one of the most amazing drive you'll ever do. Words aren't enough to describe the beauty of it, so I'll just share some pictures with you. It was a grey and rainy day on that day, so just imagine how much more beauty you can see on a shiny & blue sky -day ....

Magical Switzerland | Destination Wedding Photography

Just came back from 4 days in Switzerland. And boy... this country has some magic going on too! Some parts even reminded me of New Zealand.
4 days filled with so much beauty : beautiful wedding, mountains, blue sky... can't wait to share more with you. Meanwhile, here a glimpse of this magical land.

Je reviens tout juste de Suisse, où j'ai passé 4 jours magiques. Un pays qui gagne à être connu pour ses paysages splendides dont certains m'ont même rappelé la Nouvelle-Zélande.
De ces 4 jours, ressortent pleins de belles choses à partager avec vous dont un super mariage sur fond de montagnes suisses et ciel bleu...hâte de vous faire voir tout ça. Je vous laisse ici donc qu'un avant-goût.

The amazing lands of OZ and NZ | Carnet de voyage d'Australie

Hi folks ! Sorry I've been away from the blog for a while but now I'm back on track and ready to share some pictures of the amazing trip I did in Australia and New-Zealand. I don't think many words are needed to describe how amazing these two countries are. Some of the keywords for this trip : amazing, landscape, wow, sunset, sunrise, stars, aborigine, mystical, Maori, adventures, breathe, letting go.
 Pictures will speak for themselves - hopefully.

** SYDNEY **

** Avalon Beach **

** The Red Center **

If you go to Australia, you MUST visit the Red Center. The land is filled with so much history, mystical vibes, colors, textures, etc. Sleeping outside under the Australian sky was one of the most amazing experiences of my life, seeing shooting stars and the Milky Way. If you're looking for a guided tour, Wayout Back might be the best agency you can find. And if you are lucky, you'll have Katie as a guide; she's the most amazing guide ! Driving through 1,500km in three days, walking and exploring, explaining and cooking the best homemade food one can ever cook on a camp fire -non stop for 3 days...are some of her skills.

Katie even made homemade bread in this pot below, how amazing ! I can even bake bread in a proper oven!

** New Zealand **

Spent just a few days in the magical land. Traveled to Christchurch, Aotearoa, had a nap with seals and a swim with dolphins in Kaikoura, discovered the amazing Arthur's Pass - famous for the Lord of the Rings landscape with an mind-blowing journey on the TranzAlpine and its windowless carriage.

If you have one country to visit this year it HAS TO be Australia or New Zealand. Don't miss out on those two magical lands. It's too beautiful for your eyes not to see it and your heart not to feel it.

If you don't have the chance to travel that far, keep on exploring, be an adventurer in your own city, your own country, there's so much beauty out there and life is too short to see it all. So get out people !

TRENTE-ET-UN

"Springtime is the land awakening.  

The March winds are the morning yawn.  "

This morning I woke up, one year older. 365 days have passed since my Thirtieth birthday ... time flies and for some reason it feels weird to be thirty-one. In French, 31 is "Trente-et-un", literally Thirty-and-one; to me it's like a warning saying : "okay you're still thirty, with just one year more, so make the most of it and Carpe that freaking Diem! coz next year girl, you won't be Thirty-and-two, but just Trente Deux -thirty two- and then it'll be like adulthood Big Time". Alright warning sign, I got you! I'll try my best this year to live, love and laugh fully. 

And lastly, to all of you who have trusted me in capturing the precious moments of your lives, whether it was a wedding, an engagement, a pregnancy, a new baby and for all of you who have shown me support, love and care during this 30th year, M.E.R.C.I. You have made my life a bliss. And for those who have let me down or caused my heart to ache, Thank you too. You have made me stronger and wiser.

Ce matin, je me suis réveillé avec un an de plus. 365 jours ont passé depuis mon 30è anniversaire. 365, le temps passe vraiment trop vite... Ok, 31 c'est pas vieux sur papier, mais sincèrement, ça fait bizarre quand même. Et puis  "Trente-et-Un", c'est comme un avertissement qui te dit : "Ouai ok, tu as encore Trente ans mais juste avec Un an de plus... donc profites encore de cette année, allez c'est 'cadeau' parce que l'année prochaine c'est pas "Trente-et-Deux" mais Trente Deux et là ma fille, c'est le temps des adultes, des vrais". Donc cher petit avertissement, sache que je t'ai compris, je ferai mon max pour vivre, rire et aimer inconditionnellement. 

Et enfin, un petit mot à vous tous qui m'avez fait confiance pour capturer tous les plus beaux instants de votre vie, que ce soit votre mariage, vos fiançailles, votre ventre rond, votre nouveau-né; et à tous ceux qui m'ont portée, soutenue, inspirée, encouragée durant cette année, M.E.R.C.I. vous avez remplie ma vie et mon cœur d'une profonde béatitude et de gratitude. Et à tous ceux qui m'ont laissée le coeur peiné, qui ont croisé mon chemin mais qui n'y sont pas resté, merci aussi à vous. Je n'en sors que plus forte.
