Emma & Louis | Wedding at Shangri-La Paris

This was the second time for me at the magnificent Shangri-La Paris, and boy this place never ceases to amaze me. It is gorgeous.
Emma and Louis chose to say "I do" in the city of love as this is where they got engaged. They exchanged their vows in the beautiful Salon de Famille. It was a beautiful and intimate wedding with their close friends and family. I was lucky to be part of this beautiful event. Special thanks to Ian Holmes whom I assist shooting on this wedding.

C'était la deuxième fois que je mettais les pieds dans ce magnifique lieu qu'est le Shangri-La Paris, et tout comme la première fois, j'ai été éblouie par la beauté de cet hôtel.
Emma et Louis, de Londres, ont choisi la Capitale de l'amour pour célébrer leur union car c'est là où Louis a fait sa demande à Emma. C'est pas mignon tout ça ? :) ... Ils se sont dit oui dans le splendide Salon de Famille suivi d'un dîner intime avec leurs amis proches et familles. C'était vraiment un beau mariage, tout en douceur et romantisme à l'image du couple. Un grand merci à Ian Holmes qui m'a permis de l'assister pour ce beau mariage.

Very cute idea. Enclosing the bride's and groom's vows in a box with a bottle of wine that they will open only in 5 year time or if they are facing some downs to remind them about their love and the vows their shared. / Une très jolie idée du pasteur : cacheter les voeux des mariés dans une boîte avec une belle bouteille de vin qu'ils n'ouvriront que dans 5 ans ou en période de difficultés pour se rappeler de leur amour et des voeux échangés lors de leur mariage.

Shangri-La Paris also offers the most amazing fine food, it has three restaurants, each one of them being a delight to the palate. See those red lollipops, they're actually Foie Gras coated with red wine, amazing huh ? / Le Shangri-La Paris offre également l'une des cuisines les plus raffinés de Paris, il possède trois restaurants, chacun d'entre eux étant une expérience inoubliable pour votre palais. Vous voyez ces petites sucettes rouges, ce sont des bouchées de Foie Gras glacées au vin rouge et touche de feuille d'or, tentant nan ? :)

Voilà, 2012 is over, it has passed as quickly as a blink of an eye, didn't have time to process anything apart from the fact that we have survived the End of the World and that's already something !
My resolutions for 2013 : KEEP CALM AND SNAP ON

Voilà, 2012 c'est fini, c'est passé à toute vitesse, on n'a rien compris mais on a survécu à la fin du monde et c'est déjà pas mal !
